I am looking for a 3D artist specializing in architectural exterior rendering to create a visualization of my modern/traditional house concept. The rendering should reflect the following details:
- Design Aesthetic: The house should emphasize a modern design that complements the simplicity, clean lines, and monochromatic color palette associated with this style.
- Color Scheme: Stick to a monochromatic theme for the house's exterior to create a sophisticated, cohesive look.
- Purpose: The primary goal of this rendering is to provide a realistic exterior design visualization, translating my specifications into a polished presentation I can share with relevant stakeholders.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software like SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools
- An in-depth understanding of modern architectural design principles
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Capacity to work within a strict timeframe
Having previous experience in creating exterior renderings of modern houses will be highly regarded.
