Need a logo for a new team marketing system and training site. The name is Epic Ventures Team. Would like the colors green, black and white. The word TEAM should be smaller (less emphasis) but still easily recognizable.

Key things to build upon here would be Marketing, Sales, Making Money and Teamwork or Team Building.

I prefer wide vs square logo please. And I would like at least JPG, Transparent PNG, PSD w/layers delivery in Small, Medium and Large sizes. If you normally include other graphic formats like TIFF or GIF, that would be great, too.

Looking for professionalism and uniqueness. Nothing common like using clipart.
