I'm looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a dynamic, innovative logo for my company, Mathills Services Limited. The design should carry the following elements:

- Preferred Color: The color scheme for the logo design should prominently feature blue.
- Desired Feeling: The logo must convey a sense of dynamic innovation, showcasing our cutting-edge approach in HR and recruitment consultancy.
- Design Type: The design can either be text-based or logo based. Creativity in translating our business identity into the logo design is a good idea.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in graphic designs, particularly in logo creation
- An understanding of color psychology in logo design
