I'm on the lookout for a skilled graphic designer to create an icon-based logo for my technology-oriented business. The core specifications include:

* Icon-Based Design: Your creativity will play a critical role in developing an impactful, memorable icon that should be capable of effectively communicating our tech-oriented identity.

* Business Industry: Our business is deeply rooted in the technology sector. The name of the company is "Karooobar". It is an inventory management software and a point-of-sale system. It manages the inventory of the restaurants, bars, and different stores. So the company will be based on money, inventory, and so on. I want the logo to be around this area.

* Primary Colors: The logo should predominantly utilize the colors black and yellow, perhaps exploiting the contrast between the two to draw attention. Or any other different color combination will also work great.

Skills and Experience:

* Experience in icon-based logo design
* Knowledge of the technology industry
* Proficiency with color scheme
* Adeptness in using design software
