CBD sales is a Real Estate advertising website for apartments, offices and shops for sale in inner city locations. We are looking for high quality designs with architectural elements. We want a logo, business card and brochure/flyer designed. the message to be conveyed in the brochure is that we provide targeted advertising to local and international property investors looking for real estate opportunities in Australian Capital cities.We do not sell houses so designs with pitched roofs are not appropriate and will not be considered. My website header is light blue so the logo must contrast with a light blue background so white and silver colours would be preferred.

I am looking for clean, simple, high quality designs. i would like to see designs for an A4 or A5 flyer with the key message being that cbdsales.com.au offers residential and commercial property owners internet advertising and exposure to local and overseas buyers looking to invest into Australia`s prime real estate market. every logo can be made in white color on blue background, that's not a big deal, contest holder consider a unique designer & make changes by designer, rather than wasting money on generic designs.
