Singularly focused on helping agencies and their front line workers implement a comprehensive trauma-informed approach through ongoing targeted training and support for wellness

Name - Byld Solutions - references “building” a strong agency and individual response to mental health and wellness through training, consulting, and agency + individual mental wellness, and is also a reference to how we accomplish that “By Learning and Development” work.

We are a female-run company populated by lawyers, organizational consultants, and psychologists who work in a heavily male-dominated industry.


Target Market:
Government agencies - local and federal, with a focus on first responders (firefighters, law enforcement, medical personnel, emergency response, 911 dispatch)

Design Feel:
Clean, modern, strong, serious, elegant
Avoid obvious “badges” and overt military/law enforcement graphic - should be more subtle
Logo should look good in black and white as well as color

Color Palette:
2-3 color max, focus on blues (deep hues, NOT royal blue), possible gold/metallic accent
