Need a mockup of a homepage for a freelance Wordpress website that will be using the FreelanceEngine Theme (see demo at https://freelanceengine.enginethemes.com/). The website will be dedicated to freelancers in a specific professional industry and will be restricted for use only by licensed professionals in that industry. The website should look clean, uncluttered, modern and professional. We like the look of the gun.io and freelancer.com websites for their clean appearances. We have a logo (see attached), but feel free to change the font and colors as you like. You are the designer, so we want to see creative, artistic suggestions.
The Home Page needs to be clean and uncluttered. Menu should be very simple with only the logo on the left and Login on the right, and then call to action buttons over the main image like freelancer.com with "hire a freelancer" and "become a freelancer"; the next section will be "how it works" with a clean presentation of 5 steps "Post a Job", "Interview Candidates", "Collaborate", "Pay Safely" and "Leave Feedback" with 2 call to action buttons for Learn More About How it Works with buttons for "As an Employer" or "As a Freelancer". This section can be laid out horizontally like freelancer.com or vertically like gun.io does it on their "how it works" page; the next sections are short explanations of the benefits of the site (see the GJ Home1 document for further detail); the last section is just a listing of the areas of practice.
We have uploaded documents for the design brief of the Home page and some examples from other websites of styles that we like.

We are looking for creative and modern designs with a tasteful, but contemporary color palette. We want to avoid the typical legal images of courtrooms, gavels, attorneys in suits, scales of justice and other similar traditional images. Small icons of scales, gavels, handshakes, etc. are fine for the practice area icons (and are preferred), but we generally want the site to convey a much more modern and clean appearance.
