The designer needs to think of the number "40" is a focus. Perhaps integration of a clock. The product will help entrepreneurs and business people with training and self-help so the logo needs to be clean but highly visible and marketable. No color scheme has been decided. The logo will dictate the brand guide. Be aware of internet and sales friendly colors. Be bold.
