INTRODUCTION

This Contest is for designing a Welcome Room and Wash Area for House Guests.

The Guest Room is an extension to a previous Living Area design which is already completed.

The Contestant must use the following in his or her design -

<1> TV Wall - (4 possible ideas)

<a> Simple Wall paper with a nice Shelf design OR
 Simple Wall paper with a nice Shelf design and a few Mirrors OR
<c> Simple Wall paper with a nice Wood design and Shelves OR
<d> Simple Wall paper with a nice Marble design and Shelves

NOTE : Wall paper / Marble used in the design must be available online to purchase
NOTE : Wood type used in the design must be explained

<2> Curtain Wall -

<a> Nice soft Curtain texture to give a modern effect

NOTE : Curtain material used in the design must be available online to purchase

<3> Sofa - Wall 1

<a> Simple Wall Paper WITH a nice looking Mirror design

NOTE : Wall Paper used in the design must be available online to purchase

<4> Sofa - Wall 2

<a> Simple Wall Paper WITH a nice looking 3 piece Art print

NOTE : Wall Paper used in the design must be available online to purchase
NOTE : 3 piece Art print used in the design must be available online to purchase

<5> Lights - Ceiling

<a> 60*45cm Modern / Luxury Crystalls Chandelier in the center of the room
 Spot LED Lights around the bulk head of the ceiling gypsum board
<c> Hidden Strip LED Light

NOTE : Chandelier, Spot & Strip lights used in the design must be available online to purchase
NOTE : Please make sure you specify the color of the Spot Light frame

<6> Floor - Tile and Carpet

<a> Porceline Tile (with Marble effect)
 Abstract Style Rug (Atleast 9' x 12' inch Rectangle to cover sitting area)

NOTE : The Porceline Tiles and Rug used in the design must be available online to purchase

<7> Sofa Chairs

<a> 3 seater Sofa on Sofa Wall 1
 3 seater Sofa on Sofa Wall 2
<c> 1 single Arm Chair on Curtain Wall
<d> 1 single Arm Chair on Curtain Wall

NOTE : The Sofa chairs set used must be available online to purchase

<8> Tables & Table Lamps

<a> 2 Table Lamps to match with the Chandelier
 1 main Table in the center of the room
<c> 3 or 4 Side Tables

Dear Contestants,

b) Some COB light effect behind or around the TV

c) Nice shelve design below and beside the TV

We should see 2 SPOT Lights aligned above the TV.

There is 40 cm gap between the two SPOT Lights.

Good contest, but I think contest holder can not judgement right-way. the entry who submit only a sample pic get 3 star, And who work following requirement that entry also 3 star, entry #8, #15, #23 , #26 is not all same quality but marking all 3 star even entry #8 is not match the plan and requirement that also 3 star. I thought I will work on it, but after seeing the judgement feeling something wrong.

  You are definitely mistaken. We rate based on the requirement. You are welcome to join the contest but keep in mind we are looking for creative designs. So winner should stand out with his / her unique creative design.
