I'm seeking a talented graphic designer to create a modern logo for my real estate company. I'm specifically interested in a design that incorporates orange and grey colors, and a building symbol for a unique, recognizable brand image.

Our logo was from 1999 ;-( and must refresh)

The job requirements are as follows:

- Strong experience in graphic design and logo creation
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Able to deliver a modern, clean, and professional looking logo
- Good communication and understanding of client requirements
- Able to incorporate specific elements (in this case, building symbols) into a design
- Deliver the final product in different file formats
