I'm needing a sign in sheet that will have our logo & qr code.
Key features that must be included:
Our Logo & colors and/or colors that coordinate with our logo. Do not introduce a new design or features.
Our QR Code
Must be editable so we can reformat and use for different events: Event Name, Location & Date.

I will be choosing a winner as soon as I have a design I like. I need this quickly, so turnaround time is essential.
