Recreate a 1980s propaganda poster based on a reference photo

I would like to reproduce a poster that is in a movie. I have several screen grabs of the poster (not up close unfortunately), and would like someone to recreate it so I can print it for a friend's birthday.

The poster is of a catamaran sailboat (similar to a flying phantom boat like this: https://goo.gl/WymnKn). The sailboat is sailing in rough seas. The boat has several guns mounted in the center hull, and what look like two spears for ramming other boats. From the first poster, you cannot see the left side of the ship, but I've included an additional image of the full poster (though it is blurry, it may give a sense of what the rest of the boat looks like).

I would like to have the poster replicated as close to the original as possible - especially keeping the propaganda illustration style.
I would like to be able to print this large ( 24" x 36"), so this should be created in very high resolution.

      May i ask you about the winning design? Cause the In the original poster There's no spear on the left side of the boat, or is clear there are not 4 big cannons at the front side. And the cannon at the right should be placed above the spear, not underneath of it. Thank you

    Thanks for the entries so far. Keep in mind that this is for a poster - so please make sure that the resolution/quality will allow for the poster to be printed at large size (e.g. 24" x 36")
