Hi,
We are an Energy Broker. We work with major Electricity companies and do Electricity Bill Comparisons for customers sourcing them the best deal in their area.
We would like to do a deal with real-estate agents so that when they have a customers moving into a new property the real-estate can refer the customer to us (Energy Compare) once we do a bill comparison for the customer and sign them up to a Electricity Retailer we will then pay the real-estate a commission
I have written an example of the letter below

I am writing to you to offer you an opportunity to work with Energy Compare.
Currently we operate as an independent electricity brokerage and work with some of the major power companies throughout Australia. We always ensure all clients get the best deal from our select panel of retailers.
Energy Compare also work closely with a number of companies in both NSW and QLD generating a large number of move in connections and we would like to add your company to this service.
The process is really easy, Once you send us the details and we connect their service we will then pay you a commission of $70 per finalized customer application plus an additional $30 per finalized gas connection.
Our Managing Director has had a minimum of 25 years experience operating call centers in the UK, Australia, India and Ireland. She has significant experience in lead generation and sales for Insulation, Solar, Austar, Merchant sampler and Optus, AAPT and AGL, LUMO, Neighbourhood Energy, Jack Green, PowerDirect, Energy Australia, Alinta, Tru Energy, OPG, Foxtel and TPG.
We have invested heavily in technology and operate a large call center in Spring Hill, Brisbane.
We will provide both the expertise and the experience to get the desired results
