I am seeking a freelancer to create a 15-second live-action video to promote a call for student speakers at an upcoming student forum. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating promotional videos and will be able to work within a tight deadline.

Style:
I prefer a live-action video that showcases the theme of the forum - which is students speaking about their school experiences such as bullying, gender and identity, dealing with anxiety, choosing a career and more. Animation could be okay

Elements:
The video should include text and graphics that highlight the key details for the speakers:
First image/scene: (Is your voice heard? )..delay. (Students wanted to speak to other students).. (earn $100)
Second image/scene: (Share your voice on topics such as: bullying, gender and identity, overcoming anxiety, self identity, resilience and more.)
Final scene/image: (Qld Virtual High School Student Forum Sept 1st).... (more information studentforum(at) owlbum.com.au and put this website at the bottom with the logo which is in attachments owlbum.com.au)

I am looking for a high-quality video that can be shared across social media platforms, as well as on the forum's website.

Skills and experience:
The ideal candidate will have experience in video production, graphic design, and marketing. They will be able to work collaboratively with our team to create a video that meets our needs and exceeds our expectations.
