  please clarify if (a) sayings are pre-created by you and maintained separately. (b) if there are multiple sayings found what is the expected behavior (e.g. two words are "the" and "a") (c) if there are none found then what is the expected behavior.

  Hi, We can do the work for you where the user will be invoking Alexa and will be asking for two words and Alexa will look for that and find a sentence then returns back the response. we hope to API to look for a sentence will be provided by you.

  I can make you a skill where if you give Alexa a number it will tell you an interesting fact about that number. I don't think it is possible to make the skill you want.
