Hi John and Nicky I'm working on your project and I have prepared a layout for you, If you like it I can make the 3D model of that and you can see how will be that. I tried to do the least movement of walls and demolition. However, to create more space in the kids' toilets, I moved the wall a little further. There have also been changes to the master bathroom as you requested "separate toilet and bathroom". I also provided you a laundry room with enough space for ironing clothes. If you want a separate dining area than what I designed that is dual purpose, you can use a smaller sofa and convert the space behind the sofa into a dining area. In the master bedroom I used a glass sliding door to show the interior of the wardrobe. You can use a non-glass sliding door. Hope you like it. Regards, Hooman
