I need a logo/label designed for a beer label.
Label is to be colors blue and yellow as shown in photo of football jersey.
Beer name is SMITH and beer style is AMBER ALE
update to include requirements for beer bottle label. see format requirements and size. Please ensure you can create label to these requirements.

Entry three on right track.
Change glass of beer to a fish. Add text bottom left in yellow section, 4.5% Alcohol Content, 1.2 standard drinks (small text)
