竞赛简介

I am looking for someone to design and write a email for a gym and fitness. This email will go out fortnightly to over 1000 members and if you do a good job then you will do them every fortnight on going. If they are really good I might even do them weekly. So ideas for the article are :
Healthy recipes
New health trends
Healthy facts
Weekly challenge
Member of the month
This months special
Etc
