Correction: *Take the I-918 Sub B, turn it into a fillable form with Prepare form, enter dummy data or the name of the field all dumped into a spreadsheet that accurately represents text data for text, checkmark for checkmark, numerical data for numbers. If its done write I should be able to upload data to the pdf form and download data from the pdf form to a spreadsheet. Document how you did it step by step.
Download the I-918 Sub B
unlock or remove permissionsI-918 Sub B
Once the pdf is unlocked save it as “Save as other” = “Reader Extended Pdf
Also the save must then be further selected as Enable more Tools(includes form fill-in and save)...
Export your PDF to any format, select Microsoft Excel Workbook.
After your all done you should have 2 files. File one is a “Reader Extended Pdf that is also has, “Enable more Tools(includes form fill-in and save)…” File two is a spreadsheet that has a header row of all field or data fields names or sample data that was converted from File one.

Well I don't have a password. I processed it through soda pdf unlock and another one. I think it is fine to unlock and delete permissions its a free government document.
