I have 50 - 70 Plans which need to be turned into Brochures on Photoshop or CAD. I have an example that I need to be followed. Try and make it better if you can
I would like to give the full job to someone but first I will need an example shown to me so that I can perfect the Brochure.
The full project will need to be completed in 20 days. I need to have all the brochures ready by the 10th January the latest. All measurements will need to be double checked so that everything is perfect. PLEASE DON'T ENTRY THE COMPETITION IF YOU DON'T THINK YOU CAN COMPLETE 70 BROCHURES IN 20 DAYS
I HAVE ATTACHED AN AUTO CAD FILE SO THAT YOU CAN GIVE IT YOUR BEST SHOT DO ANY 1 OF THE 4 PLANS ATTACHED AND I WILL TALK TO THE TOP 3 AND CHOOSE A WINNER AND CHOOSE SOMEONE TO DO ALL THE BROCHURES
TIPS FOR THE BEST BROCHURE:
1) Needs to be PORTRAIT
2) The text will need to be flipped from AUTOCAD so that it is facing the correct way.
3) I want NICER TEXT and the MEASURMENTS NEED TO BE REMOVED
4) Furniture to have a similar setup but I WANT NEW STYLE FURNITURE LIKE
5) MEASURMENTS ON SIDE AS PER EXAMPLE BROCHURE
6) SIZES TO BE DONE IN HEIGHT X WIDTH
7) FLOORING TO BE COLOURED AS PER EXAMPLE BROCHURE. JPG LAMINATE FLOORING TO OPEN AREAS, TILES TO WET AREAS AND CARPET TO BEDROOMS, CONCRETE TO GARAGE, ALFRESCO AND PORCH
