Project will be done in 3 milestones:

Milestone 1: $75 - Deliver screen C and D with related updates. : Post Code Merge
Milestone 2: $50 - Fix all issues with screen C and D - if any. (Top 10 issues) - Will be allocated using JIRA.
Milestone 3: $25 - Fix final list of defects - if any remaining.

For Screen B.

1. Change the "book" to "appointments"
2. Appointments should have its own key and should contain the following fields
1. patientId
2. physicianId
3. appointmentDateTime
4. status [cancelled, scheduled]
5. Reason-for visit
6. Patient-type
7. Notes
8. Phone-no

3. "Reason": This table should have selection from following values -
a. Illness
b. Wellness checkup
c. Prescription refill
d. Documentational (need paper-work)

4. "Patient_type": This table should have a selection from following values -
a. New Patient
b. Existing patinet
c. Seeking a PCP

Rename - "Past Appointments" to "Appointments"

Appointments:
1. Once the appointment get created. The "Appointments" screen needs to be updated with and entry for the same. Look at the existing screen for review.

2. Check-in: This button should open a browser URL (URL will be www.codeblueapp.com/mobile-checkin)

3. "View Upcoming Appointments" - This should open the "Appointments" screen.

4. "Add to Calendar" - Should add the entry into the mobile-device default calendar

5. "Call" - Call the number for the doctor. This should be from the doctor object.

- Header should conform to the app theme
"Close": This should take the user into the "Appointments" screen.

On the Appointment screen. The user will have the ability to cancel the appointment.
- This view will look exaclly like screen D. Except 2 new buttons.
a. Cancel Appointment
b. Reschedule Appointment
