Video edit - Overlay panel of text over video to cover up unwanted area

竞赛简介

We've recorded a video of our CEO giving a talk to potential clients on Teams, the problem is that even with cropping the image you can still see another person in the frame.

To solve this, Please take the key messages from the video (text included in the attached word document, along with the times when I want each the text for each panel to appear) and place on a white solid background, using one of our brand colours, along the left side of the video, covering up the 2nd partial person. The panel with the text should include our round logo (attached - SEAL - EXPLORE THE WORLD) in every frame. Each panel should be the same. The only thing that changes is the text on each panel. When there are photos overlaid on top of the video, the panel should not appear. Otherwise there should be no gap between the panels. I have attached some sample brochure covers so you can take the brand colours from that. The grey of the text "Your year abroad at High School For you between 14 – 18 years" from the "Cover" document is fine, I prefer something clean and uncluttered.
