General information on layout programs
You need a layout program with which full-tone colors (special colors) can be created as a color mode (e.g. InDesign,
Illustrator, QuarkXPress, CorelDraw, etc.), Office programs and image editing programs are available for this product
Print data creation unsuitable!
Contour cut
Please create the contour cut in your layout in addition to your design.
Make sure that you create your design at least 4 mm around the cutting contour,
to avoid possible speed cameras (white borders).
Creation of the contour cut
 Create the cutting contour on a separate layer as a solid color with 100% magenta.
 Name the solid color “CutContour”.
 The print file may contain a maximum of fifteen closed cutting contours. (see pictures)
The cutting contours must be set to the "Overprint ON" function.

Other requirements
 Create the cutting contour with a line width of 1 point.
 Only create closed paths.
 Only PDF is possible as the file format.
 The cutting contour must not fall off the edge (in the trim). (See Figure 2)
 The safety distance between the cutting contour and the data format is 5 mm. (See Figure 3)
 10 mm minimum distance between the cutting contours (see Figure 4)
 The thinnest point should not be less than 5 mm. (See Figure 5)
 The angle must not be less than 40 °. (See Figure 6)

Druckdatenerstellung ungeeignet!
Konturschnitt
Bitte legen Sie den Konturschnitt in Ihrem Layout zusätzlich zu Ihrer Gestaltung an.
Berücksichtigen Sie hierbei, Ihre Gestaltung mindestens 4 mm rund um die Schneidkontur anzulegen,
um eventuelle Blitzer (weiße Ränder) zu vermeiden.
Anlegen des Konturschnitts
 Legen Sie die Schneidekontur auf einer seperaten Ebene als Volltonfarbe mit 100% Magenta an.
 Benennen Sie die Volltonfarbe „CutContour“.
 Die Druckdatei darf maximal fünfzehn geschlossene Schneidekonturen enthalten. (siehe Abbildungen)
Die Schneidekonturen müssen auf die Funktion „Überdrucken EIN“ eingestellt sein.

Sonstige Vorgaben
 Legen Sie die Schneidkontur mit einer Linienstärke von 1 Punkt an.
 Legen Sie ausschließlich geschlossene Pfade an.
 Als Dateiformat ist nur ein PDF möglich.
 Die Schneidekontur darf nicht randabfallend (im Beschnitt) angelegt sein. (Siehe Abbildung 2)
 Der Sicherheitsabstand der Schneidekontur zum Datenformat beträgt 5 mm. (Siehe Abbildung 3)
 10 mm Mindestabstand zwischen den Schneidekonturen (Siehe Abbildung 4)
 Die dünnste Stelle sollte 5 mm nicht unterschreiten. (Siehe Abbildung 5)
 Das Winkelmaß von 40°darf nicht unterschritten werden. (Siehe Abbildung 6)

    you have give us soemthing more to work on. I am really intrested.. I understand the whole concept.. and i can design anything.. any illustration.. but i having trouble to find what to design that you would like.. I was thinking something like a wolf and trees for slide door side... or for back some quote like wanderlust..or something cartoonise.. from looneytoons.. but you have help me to work on something.. I will really appreciate we can discuss it more.
