We need a colorful logo for a Business Coach !

Hello, I am a business Coach and I train employees on how to work better and feel better in their lives. When I meet my clients, they pass a personnality test, which give them a graph (the file i uploaded).

The graph hightlights the colors that shows the personnality of my client. I would like to have a logo that looks like this graph but not too much to avoid legal problems.
And also, in the middle of the photo i uploaded we only see my client's colors (orange and red) but on my logo we need to see every color around the circle. It's not possible at the end of a personnality test but it will be interesting as a logo.

The name of my company is BBA so you might add this to the logo
It needs to be colorful and looking similar to the photo i uploaded without all the text informations of course.

EDIT : I added budget and made the contest longer because I couldn't find the right logo in the proposition. I also uploaded a picture of our website, to show you the right colors to use and the spirit. Thank you
