I want to start here and then continue to build out additional components. This is PHASE 1. If you win this initial design, I will engage you to continue to build out the remainder of my website with a prize for each section.

Talent Exponential is the name of my company. I own the website name through GoDaddy.
I am looking for a website to replicate the above design: direct traffic, capture information from anyone landing on my site. have a request link to my email address and link to alternate websites that I am affiliated with like:

Graphics and Picture USE: only real pictures. NO Clip are or Cartoon based images. I would prefer the sight to have female representation 80% and 10-15% male pictures with Females still present.
