Hi Foleyboy, Do u want us to integrate this image -> "labkarenewwatermark.tif" as banner? i mean is it a must to be as banner or not?

It can be used anyway you wish if at all, just a suggestion. Some have been using a stock banner as a background These are custom ones.

First of all, do you have any photos we can use or do you want us to use stock photos which need to be purchased?
