Curiosity Software seek a whitepaper template and design. Our current whitepaper design is outdated and needs a refresh. We are looking for a modern design to reflect our brand and convey the quality of our content. The whitepaper template will be used for all of our current and future research papers. The design should be highly customisable, re-usable, easy to understand and able to fit a variety of different content types. Although whitepapers are a branding vehicle, our goal is to highlight the content! Therefore, we request a more minimalist design with readability as the highest priority. Curiosity would like to have a finished product by the 29th of April.

This open technology harnesses data from across the whole development ecosystem.
About the whitepaper:
We have provided an example of our current whitepaper design and formatting; this design has been used since 2018. The example demonstrates the type of content we usually feature in our whitepapers. Please use the contents in the example eBook when creating your template. The logos, headings and other content should be included, in a similar fashion. However, please exercise freedom in the layout, sizing, formatting and colours used. Please also format the whitepaper template as you see fit. You may add any further graphics that you think may fit with the content and the Curiosity brand. We recently relaunched our new website, https://opentestingplatform.curiositysoftware.ie/ , please look over it for inspiration.
Size and Specifications:
The whitepaper should be A4 sized, and submissions in Word doc. are preferred. However, we will also accept PowerPoint pptx. The design should be adjustable, re-usable and easy to update. Each page should contain the page number, title of the whitepaper, the curiosity logo and copyright information (Header or Footer). The design should be one that is easy to understand and navigate. The text needs to be easy to read and the headings need to stand out. The design should look modern, fit our brand and above all else be easy to read.
The following pages and corresponding items should be included in the template design:
• Cover page – This should include the title of the whitepaper, the Curiosity logo, date, copyright information.
• Contents Page
• Main Body/Content pages – This will include headings, subheadings, text, images, tables and lists. Please provide at least 3 variations to the layout of these pages, with 1 page having a box for call to actions/promotional material.
• Contact Us – This page should include our social media links and contact information.
• Find out more page
• Bibliography/Endnotes page
• Back cover page
Colours:
The main colours used by Curiosity are black, pink (#E9168C), white, light grey (#EAEAEA) and dark grey (#303133). Please visit our website https://opentestingplatform.curiositysoftware.ie/ to understand our typical use of these colours.
Font:
Curiosity primarily uses Poppins (San Serif), Arial, and Calibri. Please view the attached example of one of our whitepapers to see our typical letter size (12) and line spacing (1.5 spacing). We sometimes use small caps when appropriate for headings.
Brand:
The whitepaper design should be on brand with the Curiosity Software branding. Please visit our website https://opentestingplatform.curiositysoftware.ie/ and review the branding there.

• A copy of relevant logos: Curiosity, Curious and reverse ?.
• A PDF example of one of our current whitepapers.
• Word doc. With longer description + examples.
