Wolf & Shield Design Logo for t-shirts, flags, mugs etc

The logo should be a Greek aspis shield with a design around the rim as is often seen. Try using stars around the rim, the same as found in the United States flag. Combine a wolf and a red St Georges cross as I've seen done with the British flag and the lion. The wolf should likely just be head and neck so it scales down well. It should look focused and determined like it's about to charge it's pray, not growling and angry.

I've attached pictures of the styles of wolf I like, examples of the shield, an example of a very well done lion/flag combo and the St Georges cross. The colours should be red and white with black used as an accent for outlining shapes where necessary. That said, I'm flexible on colour if it works well.
Last it should have "WESTERN CREW" above, below or around the logo. The font should match the Ancient Greek theme, but it must be easily readable in a smaller size.
The design should work well on t-shirts and flags and also for web sites etc where it may be small in size.

If you are doing a revision or a new design, try using stars around the edge of the shield. Use the same stars that are on the United States flag. It would be better if they are white, inside a red or black band running around the edge. They should also be large enough to see when the image is small.
