I'm currently operating a WordPress site with version 6.4.3 installed. I'm not sure about the specifics of the themes or plugins in use on the site, which might bring uncertainty to the tasks. Nevertheless, the major hurdle I'm facing is with updating Elementor along with an issue in WP Form where it's not able to upload files. Given these specifications, I need deep technical assistance to iron these issues out without losing any present functionalities.

The ideal candidate for this job would have:
- Extensive WordPress experience, including familiarity with various themes and plugins
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, especially fixing problems associated with updates
- Experience or understanding of how Elementor works
- Ability to preserve every functionality, large or small, throughout the repair process

Being knowledgeable in PHP could be an additional benefit for problem-solving in this context. All in all, the aim is to successfully update the WordPress site while fixing the file upload issue in WP Form and ensuring that everything works as intended.
