I've built numerous desktop applications using Qt, GTK, and .NET. I use PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite and MongoDB. Security is a primary focus for me, configuring Firewalls and IDS to deter intruders, deploying up-to-date system patches to minimize vulnerabilities, making conservative use of libraries and frameworks, and utilizing asymmetric and symmetric encryption methods to protect customer data. Furthermore, I excel in analyzing a project to determine the required components and work. I've performed contract work for large companies such as Boeing, Nikon, Toyota, and TriStar Pictures, and numerous small businesses.
