My office is in Istanbul, and I am a member of the İstanbul Bar Association. We conduct wide-scaled operations for a broad network of global clients from our Istanbul office. I assist my clients from beginning to end; and offer them a need and sector-oriented legal consultancy in all kinds of corporate, commercial and daily affairs. I work on my clients’ most complex legal issues, including but not limited to; the legal organization of a company; regulatory compliance, corporate governance, merger & acquisition processes; daily operational procedures and strategic growth projects; corporate finance transactions, investing, exit strategies; international commercial contracts. Moreover, I provide services of drafting, reviewing or amending contracts related to the topics of; non-disclosure and confidentiality;• employment and non-compete; all types of IT-related service including software development for telephone, web applications and SaaS platforms; marketing and sponsorship; license and distributorship; share purchase; research and development; VAR (value-added reseller);OEM (original equipment manufacturer). I also provide litigation and consultancy services in Turkey, including but not limited to the above-mentioned issues. My top priority is for my clients to achieve the best results quickly and effectively. I do not take action without the approval of the client, and I work by taking close track of deadlines.
