I’ve received a stack of engineer applications through our Naukri Recruit account and need a capable HR partner to move things forward quickly. Your first task is to screen every résumé against three hard filters—experience level, required technical skills, and the stated educational background—so I only speak with candidates who truly match our brief. Once the shortlist is ready, you will: • Contact each selected candidate, verify their interest and earliest start date, and answer basic role queries. • Arrange and confirm video interviews (Zoom or Google Meet) between the candidate and our technical panel, handling time-zone clashes and calendar invites. • Keep me updated with a running tracker of who was screened, who was declin...

...U-28, King Air 350 (BE350), CN-235 as karts (images attached for inspo) - Preferred dimensions: 20"x30" to 24"x36", but open to larger sizes - Any medium is acceptable (oil, acrylic, watercolor, or pencil) - Experience in cartoon-style paintings is a plus Additional details: The AI image attached "Course Selection_Karts_Name_Badge" integrated a lot of details about the Air Force (blue background, hangars, tower, extra aircraft) that ARE NOT necessary, honestly don't want them. Recommend having the Kart Drivers on what appears to be a runway surrounded by Afghanistan mountains (or something that looks like mountains). Open to any recommendations from the artist on how to improve the rendering (I'm not a creative). Thank you for h...

I have two high-resolution Photoshop files of cosmetic brush illustrations currently set up in CMYK. I need each image converted to a true duotone that will print flawlessly with just black plus one spot PMS ink. The finished art must keep every subtle highlight, mid-tone, and shadow so the brushes still look as refined as they do now—simply stripped down to two inks for screen printing. I haven’t picked the exact PMS color yet, so please suggest a hue that complements cosmetics packaging while offering good contrast alongside solid black. Once we agree on the swatch, apply it consistently to both files. You’ll receive a single 17 MB zip containing the layered PSDs. Feel free to work in Photoshop Duotone mode, Gradient Maps, or any technique that preserves detail...

...illustrator or graphic artist to create a high-resolution, vibrant, Cuban-themed canvas artwork designed for a large-format vertical print (25 inches wide by 60 inches tall). The composition is heavily inspired by the layout of the popular "Cubano" canvas art style (featuring a massive vertical cigar over a geometric, collage-style background of Havana elements). However, I want to modify the background composition to incorporate classic Cuban dominoes and a bottle/branding elements of Havana Club Rum, while maintaining a clean, vibrant, modern art style. Technical Requirements (Mandatory) • Canvas Dimensions: 25" x 60" canvas layout. • Resolution: Strictly 300 DPI natively (Final image size must be 7,500 x 18,000 pixels). &bul...

Here’s what I need from you: • Tight edit that keeps the pace lively—jump-cuts, rhythm-matched transitions, and on-beat text or emoji call-outs where it makes sense. • Colour correction and basic grading so the visuals pop, but still feel natural. • Clean-up of any background noise plus light sound design (subtle whooshes, hits, or ambient beds) to give the final video extra energy. • Royalty-free background track suggestions, or I’m happy to license a song if you point me toward the right one. • Final export in vertical and horizontal versions (H.264 .mp4) so I can publish across my accounts without extra work, along with the editable project file in Premier...

I’m building a 2-D pixel-art platformer and now need fresh, lively characters to bring the world to life. The scope covers every on-screen figure: the main protagonist, a line-up of enemies, and a handful of NPCs. All animation must be classic frame-by-frame so the movement keeps that authentic retro feel. Each character will require a small, consistent set of actions: an idle loop, a full running-and-jumping cycle, and at least one attack sequence that fits their role. What I’ll look for in your delivery • Clean, well-organized sprite sheets for every action state • Palette limited to sensible, game-ready counts (no banding or stray colours) • Consistent proportions and readability at native resolution • PNG exports plus the original la...

I’m preparing a short promotional reel for Instagram and need help weaving together two worlds. What matters most is photorealism in the CGI segment—think believable lighting, textures, and camera movement rather than cartoon looks. No characters are required; the environment itself will carry the story. You’ll handle the full pipeline for that section (model, texture, animate, render, composite) and mix in the Gujarati voice-over so the transition into the live clip feels natura...
