I'm not seeking for drastic changes in color, shape, or text but rather a quality touch-up to increase the resolution, detail, and overall appeal of the design. In addition to the touch-up, I want this logo converted to a scalable SVG format. The SVG conversion will ensure I can use my logo across different platforms and sizes without losing quality. Ideal freelancers for this project are experienced in graphic design and have a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is needed, as well as substantial experience in creating and converting images to SVG format.

I need a very slight redesign of an existing icon (see attached owl) and two roundels created, similar style to the attached roundels but not identical, incorporating the revised owl and different text. We also need 4 different colour variations of the two roundels, supplied in PSD, SVG, PNG format etc. I also need another 3 icons redesigned slightly (see attached).
