I use 3dcart for my subscription business but it's a mess to keep track of, particularly when a customer's credit card expires or their bank otherwise rejects their recurring charge. I'm fairly tech capable but setting up the necessary workflow (payment fails --> customer is notified --> customer updates otherwise second alert --> system processes again --> support team notified ... e.g.) is beyond me.
