I run an e-commerce site and need every public-facing element brought up to WCAG 2.1 AAA standards. This covers all text and images, every form or interactive component in the checkout flow, and all multimedia content—nothing can be left out. I’m looking for a specialist who can first perform a thorough audit, then remediate issues so the storefront meets strict AAA criteria for screen-reader support, keyboard navigation, color contrast, time-based media alternatives, error identification and recovery, and any other success criterion that applies to advanced e-commerce functionality.
