I have a custom-built VoIP system and now I need a conversational Voice AI agent fully integrated into it. The agent must: • answer common user FAQs with a natural, friendly tone • transfer callers to the appropriate live extension when requests fall outside its scope • record every call and automatically generate accurate, time-stamped transcripts for later review I’ll supply SIP credentials, call-flow diagrams and a small set of example dialogs.
