My Project requires a Finite element analysis of a model that has undergone additive manufacturing. My research suggests that the methods required to simulate additive manufacturing are "Elements Birth and Kill (EKILL)" and "Gaussian moving heat source". However, there is no detailed, step-by-step tutorial for beginners.
This project designed partially, it's a robot... It requires stress analysis and finalization of the design!
Total 8 Years of experience in automotive CAE domain. • Full vehicle model building and assembly activities for Crash, safety, NVH and Durability analysis. • Experience in handling the sub-systems of Full vehicle for analysis. • Modeling knowledge and assembly of various automotive sub-systems like BIW, Closures, IP structure and trim, HVAC, Console, Powertrain, Chassis, Suspension, Steering column, Seats, CRFM, Fuel tank, Wheels and Tires, Head & Tail Lamp’s, Font & Rear Fascia’s and Others. • Knowledge of connection Creating and realizing Welds, contacts, Joint’s connections using MWF data. • Expertise in CAE tools like Hypermesh And Ansa for pre-processor activities for linear and Non-linear simulations.
My objective is to analyze the effect of vibrations on human body, so if a human body can be demonstrated as a finite element model then i can study the impact of vibrations on joints or body parts
