The room has an entry for air and has also an exit with different pressure to absorb air from the room to outside. Appreciate guidance from experts on the best way to cut out many small patterns (1mm diameter holes, 4mm side triangles, curved rectangles, etc.) on thin polycarbonate sheets (<0.5mm thickness). I have done research online. Some suggested CO2 laser and some thought it was a bad idea. Because the patterns are tightly packed, I am not sure whether die cutting is an option. This project is to make sound recommendations and if possible, produce such patterns as proof of concept. Thanks.
