I need an experienced PHP-Laravel developer who is also comfortable reading and tweaking small services that sit alongside the main app. My immediate goal is to eliminate two persistent pain points in the backend: intermittent API errors and noticeable performance slow-downs under load. Additionally, these legacy PHP svcs are going to be sunset in favor of GoLang.
