I’d like a native Microsoft Teams chatbot that connects to our ServiceNow instance so employees can help themselves instead of opening tickets the old-fashioned way. The bot should do three things seamlessly: reply to common “how do I…?” questions, guide users through creating or updating a service request, and let them check the latest status of an existing ticket. Because our governance model only permits read-only ServiceNow access for automations, the bot will need to fetch data directly while capturing any new or updated request details in a way our Service Desk team can approve and push live.
