I have a computer problem tracking program that is no longer being developed (OpenSource). The feature that allows users to reply by email to their open Issue is not working. Currently, they have to log in to the website to respond to their logs. I would like for them to merely reply to the email and have that email update the log. SourceCode: [login to view URL]
