I'm seeking a skilled drafter with expertise in 3D modeling for manufacturing purposes. Specifically, I'm interested in creating a fully dimensional model of a part that is suitable for 3D printing.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in creating manufacturing-ready 3D models
- Experience in 3D printing technology and understanding of its capabilities and restrictions
- Familiarity with PLA as a production material and knowledge of its properties
The end goal is a model that can be printed seamlessly using a PLA filament. As the designer, I expect you to factor in the unique characteristics of this material and the nuances of 3D printing into the design process. Your proficiency in these areas will be vital to the success of this project. Please include samples of similar work with your proposal.

clip part is 9.3 mm outside
clip 1 mm wide
diameter of clip is 8mm
inside diameter is 6.9mm
2 rings of barrels is 7.7mm
bottom ring is 1mm wide
top ring of barrel is 2mm wide
in between the 2 rings is 5.9mm diameter
in between the 2 rings is 3mm tall
