admin area help

.I need some changes made to my website. 1st banners and images are not appearing on my live site when added through my admin area. I need that fixed. 2nd I also need the search box framed in more and remain at the top of the page. I am looking to place content below the box. Lastly, I would like the scroll bar removed for a more seamless look. I also need a quick turn around and I would like the image issue addressed first. Thank you
