Converting ASP Pages to Coldfusion

I have a small 3-4 Pages of ASP which i need to convert them into Coldfusion. Actually it is part of a Shopping Cart. I am Attaching the files here. Please Check. I am using Coldfusion 8. I want the code to be highly optimized and workable under all circumstances. Everything is explained in the asp pages. no need to write your own, just need to convert.
