Application built for Mac MultiMouse support

I need a developer to create an app for me on Mac OS X which enables a MultiMouse and MultiKeyBoard hardware driver to control two computer mouse's at once and two keyboards at once on a screen within a single application at a time. This means the dual computer mouse's and keyboards would both be able to work with the software at the same time in separate instances with drag drop and scrolling capabilities. The keyboards would be synced with each mouse each dedicated person is assigned to.
