AJAX Slider

I need a quote for an interactive search tool that has search results combined with a few ‘two tab’ sliders and a set of checkboxes. The search feature would start with a static search page where a user selects a few criteria like option buttons or a combo dropdown and then clicks ‘submit’. The ‘submit’ would call an asp page and pass the criteria to the search tool to get the search tool going and to load the search results, and the user can use the tool from there by using the sliders and the checkboxes. The environment is windows 2003, iis 6, and the web site will be developed in asp(vbscript), ado for data access, javascript and sql server as the database. The search tool should be compatible with the following browsers: Internet explorer 6 and up, Firefox, opera, safari. The interactive search tool must be stable, fast and easy to customize. I need clean easy to follow code. For example if I want to add a vertical slider or add a horizontal slider or add olumns to the grid. I would make my own graphics for the sliders. I made a .jpg as a basic example of what it will look like, and it’s attached to this post. Please take a look and reply if you already have something like this in your code library or how much it would cost to create it.
