Contact Management Solution

We are looking for a very simple web based contact management solution to be developed using .NET and SQL server. It should able to support users to maintain each of their contacts, companies and related information (notes, appointments, remainders). The application will require functionality similar to [login to view URL], and the following functions. - Create/update/delete contacts and companies. - User Login/registration and Profile management - Access level, User can see his/her contacts, group manager can see all contacts in that group. - Write contact notes, mail merge, send emails through Outlook, etc. - Schedule activity, calendar, keep track of tasks, whom called, whom to call, what to do, etc. - Contact and company search and keyword search. Keyword search will search contact note, activity, event etc. - Save/update/delete schemes of companies and flagging with a specific status on contact page. - List contacts with changes/activities happen within certain days, such as 7/14/30 days, etc. - A sidebar which list the upcoming appointments and reminders. - Flag last saved note on contact and company detailed pages - Select fields to import/export contacts to or from a CSV file. - Administration module to track activity, to see how many contacts and appointments added. The source code should be well commented. We know exactly what we want the interface to look like will provide you detailed design. You must have previous experience in developing contact manager or CRM software, please attach your demo software for consideration.
