The project filter page will be removed from this site. The index page of the site will have an application for members to join the site. The application is simple with 4 fields. Name; email; About me; location.
The current members of the site will have a new view of all new applicants who filled out applications (from index page) and the members will have a Yes/NO choice to vote to grant new user access. If the majority of the members say (yes) the applicant will be automaticly granted access. There will be a 48 hour time limit on all (yes/no) votes.
