I need a simple script that will: 1. Check if a cookie exists, 2. If it exists, validate it against a MySQL database entry. Validation Conditions: 1. If the timestamp in the database is over 1 hour old, return false, 2. If the ID isn't in the database, return false, 3. Otherwise return true and redirect the user to a different page.
