ASP Modifications and Converstion to ASP.net (in C#)

This project is in two phases. Phase I is to change the existing ASP code making requested modifications and provide that as deliverables set A. Phase II is to upgrade the deliverables in Phase I to ASP.net in C# and apply to a new database schema and make adjustments and additions and provide that as deliverables set B. Full details are in the attached project description. Please read carefully and ask questions. Blind bids will be ignored. We have made changes to the new database schema so we will need to work with you a little more on getting that configured.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. The deliverables are described in the attached project description.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Classic ASP for Phase I and applied to our existing database schema. We will change the database if needed per your requests for this phase. ASP.net (in C#) for Phase II changed to a new database schema. both Phases must be cross browser compatible and look the same in at least IE and Firefox.
